Staff were competent, wi-fi was excellent, and I enjoyed its unique location next to Chicago and restaurants. Continental breakfast was comprehensive & consisted of bread, cheese and meats.

Loved savoury breakfast and extremely comfy bed. The staff did all they can for a warm stay. Rooms were impeccable, unique. Strategic location, 10 minutes' walk to The Merchandise Mart Mall. Onsite indoor restaurant was superb with very attentive staff.

Terrific stay in a fabulous hotel. Unique interior, very gracious staff and absolutely fantastic breakfast. Wonderful location to Skydeck Chicago. Well kept unit with a homey decor. Their service was extraordinary too.
